This is a series of ink drawings with household brands' packaging overlaid to highlight the structural beauty of the featured animal.
Did you know? Clown fish all start off as males,
as they mature, they become female. However, there can only
be one female per shoal shoal at any one time. So if she dies, the most dominant male will mature to replace her.
Did you know? New research has shown that Ladybirds can fly at speeds of up to 60km/h - that's about as fast as a racehorse can gallop. Moreover, they can also fly up to 120km in a single flight.
Did You Know: Although they frequent flowers for nectar,
male Monarch butterflies have been known to take in moisture
and minerals from damp soil and wet gravel. This behaviour is called 'mud-puddling'.
Did you know? Despite the fact that Toucans' large bills make up 30% - 50% of their size, they're surprisingly dexterous with them, being able to do everything from intimidating predators to attracting a healthy mate and carefully peeling a piece of fruit.
Did you know? As is generally the case for birds, males have the most handsome attire. It can take up to 6 years before the exotic Red Bird of Paradise has fully developed its intricate and mesmerising plumage.
Emperor penguins' feathers actually play a vital part in making them energy efficient. While underwater, their feathers flatten, making them more streamlined. While on land, their feathers remain erect, trapping a layer of air and providing extra insulation against temperatures as low as −40 °C.
